ERC-3643 Integration: Permissioned Tokens for Private Securities

Laureate has completed full integration of the ERC-3643 token standard across all three platforms, enabling identity-based transfer controls enforced at the smart contract level.

ERC-3643, also known as the T-REX protocol, is the leading standard for permissioned tokens on Ethereum-compatible blockchains. It enables identity-based verification directly within the token contract.

This integration means that every transfer of Laureate-managed securities is automatically checked against investor eligibility criteria, jurisdiction restrictions, and holding limits -- without requiring centralized approval.

The on-chain verification model works in conjunction with Laureate Transfer Services' nominee structure, creating a robust framework for managing digital securities transfers.
