The platform includes pre-negotiated terms with top-tier service providers including fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, custodians, and banking partners -- all at platform-scale pricing.
Managers can launch across multiple strategies including hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure, with optional tokenization of fund interests using ERC-3643.
The fund platform operates through a Segregated Accounts Company structure, providing operational efficiency while maintaining segregation between individual fund strategies.
